So that we can fulfil your wishes, our reception is open from 6:30 to 21:00.

Please contact us if you have anything on your mind - whether you need a taxi or more towels, we can make a table reservation in the restaurant of your choice or organise theatre tickets. Our reception team will be happy to help.

If you notice anything during your stay that we can improve, please contact us directly. We are always grateful for suggestions and are constantly trying to optimise our service. We also want you to have a pleasant time with us and feel at home.

If you are familiar with the check-in terminals at the airport, you should be pleased about our digital check-in and check-out. If you would like to avoid waiting times at reception and check in and out yourself, you are welcome to use our self-check-in terminal in the entrance area.

Check in online using the website link that you will receive from us by email on the day of arrival. At our self-check-in terminal (in the lock at the hotel entrance) you can scan your QR code or use your booking number and surname to call up your booking and receive your key cards. On the day of departure, you will also have the option to check out digitally. Please hand us your key card.

In an emergency, we can be reached by telephone at any time on 040 60 92 92 100.

Our livingroom - snack & lounge is your living room for the duration of your stay and is accessible around the clock. In addition to the breakfast area, there is a cosy lounge area with a fireplace, a reading and games corner, an internet corner with printing facilities and an outdoor terrace with seating.

During our breakfast hours from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m., coffee specialities and tea are available. We also have snacks and drinks available for you in the vending machine.

If you would like to network with other guests, work in company, borrow a book or watch a football match with your companions, you are welcome to come to our livingroom.

The 35 m² fitness area is available 24 hours a day, not only to clear your head and switch off, but also to keep fit. Professional cardio equipment offers the best conditions for a varied workout. Listen to music or watch the latest TV highlights; you will realise that time flies by. We have fresh towels ready for you in the fitness area.

During both short and longer stays, you may have a small or large pile of laundry to wash. To help you lighten your load, we offer washing machines and dryers for free use in our laundry centre in the basement. Detergent capsules are available for a fee at reception.

Laundry baskets and drying racks can be found in the laundry centre. If required, you can also borrow an ironing board and iron so that you can wear your clothes again straight away and feel comfortable. From the Executive Studio category upwards, an ironing station is available in the wardrobe.

Do you have a business meeting coming up or have you been invited to dinner and your dress or suit needs cleaning? Then we recommend that you use the vending machines of the cleaning company zwo24 Textilpflege in Terminal 1 of Hamburg Airport. This is available 24/7. Personal acceptance is limited in time.

Whether you are arriving early, leaving late, changing rooms or travelling in between - your luggage is in good hands in our lockable luggage room. So you can enjoy maximum flexibility - without any lugging around.

We provide you with free WiFi throughout the hotel. On arrival, you will receive our Wi-Fi access, which you can use to surf the internet without any problems. You have access in all areas and can either move your workstation to our living room, use the time in the hotel lobby before check-in or check-out to send important emails or download our digital newspapers & magazines and read them at your leisure.

If you need a LAN cable, please contact our reception team.

To make your little ones feel at home, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair on request. There is also a step stool for the bathroom and a toilet seat.

As a surprise, we will give you our stuffed mascot Fred on arrival, who is particularly fond of children and likes to join you in the cot. You will also receive crayons from us so that your little ones can put their creative skills on paper and colour in the frog template on the desk pad in your flat. If you hand in the artwork to our reception team, they will be rewarded with a small gift.

In our livingroom, our play corner offers countless opportunities for children to have fun. We have a variety of games, books and children's toys available there. Our XXL teddy bear is a favourite cuddly companion and is much sought after by the little ones.

Every day, our housekeeping team ensures that the high quality standards are maintained not only in our public areas, but also in the studios and flats, and takes care of regular room cleaning and your change of linen. For short-term stays of less than 7 nights, this service is provided after the third night. If you are staying with us for longer, this will take place weekly.

If you generally or exceptionally do not require cleaning, please make use of our door hanger or inform our reception team so that we do not disturb your privacy.

As more waste quickly accumulates during longer stays, we ask you to dispose of it yourself in our waste house and to observe the waste separation rules. Our housekeeping team would be delighted to have your support.

Every morning from 7:00 to 11:00, we offer you a varied continental breakfast buffet in our livingroom - snack & lounge. It includes coffee specialities, bread rolls, croissants, sweet and savoury spreads, a colourful selection of cold cuts, muesli and cereals, various fruit juices and fresh fruit.

Are you in a hurry...? Your breakfast can also be taken to go or eaten in your room on request.

So that you can start your holiday relaxed from the very first moment, we save you a time-consuming search for a parking space. Depending on availability, you can either park in front of the hotel or we can reserve a parking space in our underground car park in advance.

There are also 6 parking spaces with e-charging function. These are publicly accessible. Please note the corresponding labelling.

Incidentally, all our car parks are under video surveillance so that your car is safe and secure for the duration of your stay.

If you want to get from A to B faster and enjoy travelling by bike, we recommend our rental bikes. There are many beautiful cycle routes in Hamburg, for example a cycle tour along the Alster river or towards the city park, but a hire bike is also ideal for travelling to work. Simply contact our reception and ask about availability.

You can park and lock both your own and our bikes in our underground car park.

Are you finding it difficult to find dog-friendly accommodation? No need to worry, as dogs are very welcome at our hotel and the neighbouring Alster river is particularly popular with four-legged friends. The nearby Eppendorfer Moor is also ideal for a long walk. Your four-legged friend can even look forward to a small welcome gift in your room.

For short stays of up to 6 nights, the room is cleaned and the linen changed after the third night. For stays of 7 nights or more, the room is cleaned and the linen changed once a week. If you would like additional room cleaning or a further change of linen, please come to reception and let us know.

Departure is approaching but you would prefer to check out a little later? We are happy to extend your check-out time until 14:00 so that you can sleep in, pack or enjoy breakfast in peace. Our late check-out is subject to availability, so please contact our reception team in advance so that we can check your request.

If this is not possible, you can alternatively leave your luggage with us and stay in our hotel lobby or living room until your departure.
