Good location, spacious room, small fridge in the room which is quite handy. Comfortable bed.

I always hope for appartello to have rooms when I come to Hamburg for business. The amenities and services they have at their facility take away a lot of the thinking. Also, very conveniently located near a supermarket, bus stop and a fast food restaurant, in case you need to grab a quick bite.

Spacious room, great stay, nice staff. Only downside - poor quality shampoo/soap in the bathroom.

Ive got the room infront of the hotel and my window area is the same side as smoking are which have many people stand there and talking to each others day and night. Everyday somebody will start to smoke since 6.00 am which it wake me up everydays.

Unfortunately, the garbage can in the room was full upon my arrival, but the very friendly receptionist took care of it immediately. I appreciate the amenities like fridge & microwave; it is wonderfully convenient for a traveler.

We were in Hamburg to spend Christmas and New Years with our family. The reason we chose the property as it was central to where they all live, we had our own kitchen for breakfast and lunches. We will be recommending the property to our travel agent as well.

A great hotel to stay in the airport area. Check in is easy and you can get your room digital key so you can go to your room directly. The rooms are large and quiet with walk-in showers and a kitchenette with a microwave and large fridge so if you're there a while you can go to Lidl a few doors away and get supplies.

Large rooms with comfy beds and large bathrooms. Can't be faulted. And right beside the bus stops to take you to and from the airport.
