To register with the residents' registration office, you need a landlord's confirmation of residence. This will be issued by us, appartello GmbH, if your stay is long enough (usually several weeks or more). With this confirmation you can officially register your residence in Hamburg. It is not enough just to have a reservation confirmation - the confirmation from the landlord is required by law.

Yes, the longer you stay, the cheaper the price per night. There are graduated prices from 7 nights, from 30 nights and from 90 nights. Please note: there is a one-off final cleaning charge on departure, which varies depending on the length of stay.

Regular check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am. If desired, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability. Early check-in is possible free of charge, subject to availability. For long-term guests this will be arranged individually.

Our larger room categories from "Premium Studio" upwards are suitable for longer stays. The long-term studios and flats are fully furnished, including cooking facilities, bathroom with shower, free WiFi & LAN, weekly cleaning & linen change. There is also a fitness room and a laundry centre on site. So you have everything you need to feel at home.

Studios & Apartments

Yes, once you have booked, you can extend your stay - subject to availability. The price per night is based on the rate type originally booked, which varies depending on the length of stay. Should you shorten your stay, our cancellation/modification policy as per booking will apply. Please contact us in good time so that we can find a suitable solution together.

Yes, dogs are allowed in our flats (for a fee per day). Please inform us before booking so that we can check whether the desired flat is pet-friendly and what additional costs or conditions apply.

Partly. WiFi, fitness room and use of the laundry centre are included. Cleaning & linen change are provided weekly. Certain services such as more frequent cleaning or additional linen change, breakfast or pets are optional and can be booked in addition.
