By car

• A7, A23, coming from the north, exit Stellingen, head towards downtown, stay in the left-hand lane. At the next junction turn left towards Eppendorf. When you reach Eppendorf, turn left at the next major crossroads onto Tarpenbekstrasse.
  This street becomes Alsterkrugchaussee after about one kilometre. When you see the Best Western Premier Alsterkrug Hotel on your left, turn left into Sportallee - after about 50 metres the appartello is on the right side after the bend.
• A 1 / A 24 from Lübeck and Berlin, exit Jenfeld, Horner roundabout towards Airport and City Nord exit, follow the ring 2, go past the City North, at the intersection Alsterkrugchaussee turn right, go straight on until you see the Best Western Premier Alsterkrug Hotel on your left hand side. Turn left onto Sportallee - after about 50 metres the appartello is on the right side after the bend.
• A7 and A1 coming from the south, go through the Elbtunnel and exit at Stellingen, then continue as above.

Public transport

• From Hamburg train station and the Dammtor station - take subway Line U1 towards Norderstedt Mitte or Ochsenzoll to Lattenkamp bus stop, then bus 392 or 292 and get off at Alsterdorfer Damm.
• Bus transfer: from the subway station Lattenkamp, take line 392 or line 292 towards Ochsenzoll as far as Alsterdorfer Damm.
• From Fuhlsbüttel Airport, Terminal 1/2 take line 392 or line 292 towards Lattenkamp to Alsterdorfer Damm.
