Full service here means that you simply move in and feel at home. You can choose between a studio or a two-room flat. You can make use of the in-house cleaning and laundry service. Thanks to the 16-hour reception, you have a contact person at your disposal.

We don't just offer a 16-hour reception and staff who will fulfil your every wish. Our service goes beyond that. In our laundry room you will find both washing machines and dryers available free of charge.
Our appartello concept is particularly customer-friendly. True to the motto "smarttime living Hamburg" in our hotel, you only pay for what you actually use. This means that you can organise your stay according to your own needs. If you can't make up your mind, you still have the flexibility to decide in favour of or against an additional service.

A serviced flat can be described as follows: A serviced flat, often also referred to as an aparthotel or flat hotel, sometimes also as a flat house, is a flat fully equipped with furniture and everyday accessories that can be booked for various periods of time. These can be normal short-term stays like in a hotel (shortstay) or longer stays of several weeks to months (longstay).
This usually includes a kitchen or kitchenette (pantry kitchen, cooking area), which is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, often also a microwave, pots, cutlery, crockery, etc. WLAN and television are of course included, as well as the option of using washing machines and tumble dryers.
