Check in online via the website link that you will receive from us by email before your arrival. At our self-check-in terminal (in the lock at the hotel entrance), you can use your booking number and surname to call up your booking and encode your key cards yourself.

Personal check-out
Our reception is open from 6.30 am to 9 pm. You are welcome to check out during this time.

Digital check-out
You will receive an e-mail reminder for check-out. If there are no outstanding payments, you can check out either online or at our kiosk. Please simply hand your key card to reception before you leave.

If you are familiar with the check-in terminals at the airport, you should be pleased about our digital check-in and check-out. If you would like to avoid waiting times at reception and check in and out yourself, you are welcome to use our self-check-in terminal in the entrance area.

Check in online using the website link that you will receive from us by email on the day of arrival. At our self-check-in terminal (in the lock at the hotel entrance) you can scan your QR code or use your booking number and surname to call up your booking and receive your key cards. On the day of departure, you will also have the option to check out digitally. Please hand us your key card.
