After several successful business years, another appartello - smarttime livingwill open in Regensburg in 2026. The 7-storey building with 126 planned room units is also designed for "temporary living".
"We have been following the positive development of serviced flats for years now and have decided to expand our portfolio due to the continued growth in demand as well as the positive occupancy figures," says Frank Pentzin, Managing Partner.
From 2026, fully furnished studios and flats will be available in Regensburg as a temporary form of accommodation, which are also suitable for both short and long-term stays. A modern design and the option of self-catering ensure the appropriate feel-good factor.
In addition to the reception, the 300 m² hotel lobby will house a breakfast and bar area and a lounge with access to the outdoor terrace. Multifunctional use will enable a combination of catering, relaxation and work.
Parking facilities, a laundry centre and cooperation with a fitness studio are also planned. There are also a wide range of shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.
