You can scan this at our self-check-in terminal (in the lock at the hotel entrance) or use your surname to call up your booking and encode your key cards yourself.

Please check out by 11:00 am at the latest. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

You will receive an e-mail reminder for check-out. If there are no outstanding payments, you can check out either online or at our kiosk. Please simply hand your key card to reception before you leave.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 - both in person and digitally. If you arrive after 21:00, our reception is no longer staffed, so you can arrive at our self-check-in terminal. Earlier check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
