Covid-19 information

Dear guests, 

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible during these special times, we have drawn up the following hygiene concept and ask you to help us implement it as best as you can.

• Please keep your distance from each other (min. 1.50m). 
• Please disinfect and wash your hands regularly. You are welcome to use our hand disinfection dispensers for this purpose. We ensure that reception contact surfaces are disinfected at regular intervals and that all public areas are aired. 
• In order to detect possible infections as quickly as possible, our employees test themselves weekly with a rapid test. 
• After departure and before arrival, our rooms are intensively aired. We have again increased our high cleaning standards throughout the hotel and in the rooms. 
• The use of our fitness room, laundry center and elevators is currently only possible individually or in the company of your fellow travelers.
• We have equipped our reception, fitness room as well as our livingroom with a mobile ventilation unit of the brand "Aernovir". This provides a high-intensity plasma air disinfection as it is also carried out in sterile operating rooms. This prevents the transmission of aerosols.
